Issue two

It was night, all the other seekers were in their rooms resting. Unlike the dark windy and silent night, there was a whisper chatting between Sherl and Archie. Both of them developed a habit to confess or share their piece of minds, even their deepest and darkest secrets. Sherl is a joyful comic person who finds a reason to laugh even there’s no reason for, this often-made others judge him as a psycho lunatic. But deep down he was the most emotional person anyone could ever encounter. He is tall, wheatish and have wavy hairs. On the other hand, Archie is a mature, responsible and clever person. He has medium height and have whitish complexion with stunning eyes. Every night they talked with each other, this helped build up a bond and trust between the two. They both had a soft corner for each other rather than any other fellow seekers. But one day while having a group conversation between the seekers because of Sherl’s comic nature he unknowingly made fun of one of Archie’s secrets in front of everyone. Archie ignored it for several times, but Sherl being Sherl never bothered about it. At last Archie confronted him in person for this, at first Sherl took it on his ego and started taunting him for being so childish. But Arch being a responsible person made him realise his mistake. Even at first Sherl busted upon Archie but when he realised his mistake, it didn’t take him a moment to apologize. But sometimes even the wisest person makes the most foolish blunder. Archie had only one dereliction in him, he used to taunt people for there mistakes over and over again and even denunciate them. Its oppressing and humiliating, with no coincidence Sherl too was a victim of it, as expected he started distancing himself from Archie. After all its only been weeks they both even knew each other. Arch noticed it and soon he realised his mistake and made Sherl feel that he genuinely repents for his fault, by saying that he doesn’t want to lose a good friend just because of this. Sherl never showed his true emotions to him by his face but deep down he felt blessed for being worth of his friendship.

A new chapter was going to start for all the seekers residing in the abode. It was their first day in the Palace of Gnosis, every eternal introduced themselves to the seekers. The seekers just admired the beauty of the sacred place. Everyone was happy to start a new vogue, the vogue to the souvenir of gnosis. But they were also afraid of the hardships they were inviting for themselves. It was surely going to be their journey to life as even if they are not able to achieve the souvenir, they were going to witness unforgettable moments of life, the bond of friendship and love, even living life to its fullest as it is meant to be. Sometimes the journey to reach a destination is more pleasurable than reaching the destination itself. This was the first time every seeker came across one other, but amidst this rush Sherl eyes got freeze at a person as if he just turned into a stone. The world around him slows down and he feels wind rushing his face, the atmosphere was tickling him, out of nowhere he could hear a romantic melody played on a violin. The person who spellbound our innocent fellow is a girl named Stacy, she is also one of the seekers. As Sherl describes she is like fairy tale angel with beautiful admiring eyes, a lovely smile and a mesmerising voice. He couldn’t stop admiring her beauty, he’s just charmed by her stunning smile, he says “That smile………., that damn smile………”. Archie and Renard teases him for getting moved by her beauty. Archie and Renard were no different they also made an eavesdrop on the beauty emerged in the Palace. Sherl could not stop thinking about the angel he saw at the palace; he constantly thinks about her and wishes to be her friend or even more special…………

Surely the new moon just casts a spell of charm on our innocent lad but the irksome past of Sherl was still following him as a shadow, dark and gloomy as the pale winter moon.
