Wanna hear something funny??
Well a couple of days ago I woke up by the sound of a door opening at around 3 or 4 in the night and I see a man walking outside my room wearing a mask around his face. Now the only reasonable explanation that popped up in my head was that definitely this man is a thief. And I got super scared and started freaking out, like what the hell I was supposed to do. So I quickly went through the options that I had. One, I could scream very loudly and hope the neighbors and my parents wake up and then they can handle situation…but only my voice did not seem very reliable, also that would alarm the thief and then bam! I am dead. Two, sneak up on him and hit with something that will knock him out. But sadly I didn’t had any heavy thing.And the last one, CALL POLICE! But how was I supposed to call a police station and alarm them about the situation without alarming the thief in the first place. Also, I had absolute faith that no one will reach in time. No offence to any police officers. I am joking (OR AM I…??? XP)
Nevertheless I started to call but I saw him entering my parents room and I was like, He is gonna hurt my parents…so subconsciously I screamed PAPA!!!! and the man turned at my voice and said YES?!?! what happened
So turned out that man was my dad all along and I freaked out for nothing.LOL!! XD XD XD
But this got me thinking what is one supposed to do in such situations. No one taught us that. The police system being shitty as it is, we can not rely on them…
Nor sleeping in fear with a bat next to you sounds fair. So what is one supposed to do in
such situation.
This is serious, we all are so good at blaming each other after something has gone bad.
Candle marches after a victim is dead as if the like the melting wax would melt the heart of that bastard and he would retire from being a pervert.
Or calling out the whole community of the accused and starting riots.
or trashing some celeb cuz they chose to do not to comment on the issue.
Or calling out our government a piece a trash cuz they did not stop the crime in the first place.
Look I know we all do these stuff (meself included). but it aint gonna fix anything. Its about time we took matters in our hand.
Go learn some much required self defense skills in this lockdown instead of complaining how this whole situation sucks. Cuz we have enough of it. Its time for some action.KABOOM!!
And go watch HOME ALONE. Its a movie about a 8 yr boy taking down two thieves. Its absolutely hilarious.
That should be more than enough to keep you busy.
